FAQs
What kind of support do I get?
This is a self-guided program. If you'd like to purchase a private session with Claudia, you'll have the opportunity during checkout.
How long do I get access to the course?
You'll get access to the course material for 6 months. But you definitely won't need that long! The modules are easy-to-digest with practical action steps to take. The sooner you read them and take action, the better you'll feel!
Is this available if I don't live in the US?
Yes! The modules are accessible via our client app which you can access via desktop or mobile. However, some of the products or supplements we recommend (optional) may not be available to ship to you.
How is this different from The Hormone Rescue program?
The Hormone Rescue is my 4-month program that includes hormone, thyroid and metabolic bloodwork review, functional testing (HTMA minerals/heavy metals test, option to add a GIMAP stool test), in-depth hormone health education, personal health assessment, 3 private sessions, monthly group coaching calls, and a client support group. It’s a deep dive into your health, with on-going support. Perimenopause Made Easy is self-guided and educational.
Is this suitable if I'm postmenopausal?
Yep! Whether you've gone through menopause naturally, surgically, or medical treatment-induced, optimizing your health with the foundations we teach is imperative with the loss of hormones. It's also vital to replenish lost nutrients, optimize gut health, and a very good time to learn about whether or not you're a candidate for HRT (hormone replacement therapy) - you likely are!
What if I need HRT - can you prescribe?
As non-licensed practitioners, we cannot prescribe hormone replacement therapy. We educate, provide clarity, and empower you to advocate for yourself. You'll get resources with FAQs about HRT, the types of HRT, what to expect, our HRT Approved Providers Directory, and info on how to find a provider, if needed.
Do I have to take a lot of supplements?
We recommend a handful of general supplements in the program to help fast-track your results. We focus on managing inflammation, blood sugar balance, gut health, detoxification, digestion, and more. You'll be able to purchase supplements via our online dispensary and get a 15% client discount. However, they are all optional.
Can I do this if I'm pregnant or postpartum?
Yes, you will benefit from the health foundations we teach and it's smart to learn about HRT if you're over 35. However, you'll need to consult with your healthcare provider regarding optional supplements we recommend.
What payment methods do you accept and do you take insurance?
The payment processor we use is Stripe and we're able to accept all major credit/debit cards. Health Coaching is not typically covered by insurance. However, we've been able to accept FSA/HSA cards. That said, it's 100% your responsibility to get approval. Every insurance company is different, so we cannot guarantee they'll cover our services. You can use your FSA/HSA for supplements you purchase through Fullscript, our online dispensary. But again, please check with your insurance company to be sure.
